James J. Haller

James J. Haller is a practitioner with Haller Law in Mundelein, Ill., and has been practicing primarily bankruptcy and consumer law since 1993. He maintains a private practice representing consumers filing for bankruptcy and under other federal consumer protection statutes. Mr. Haller served for many years on the board of directors for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA)and in 2017 served as its president.
