Eric D. Goldberg

Eric D. Goldberg is a partner with DLA Piper in Los Angeles and represents clients in all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring. He has represented public and private companies in out-of-court restructurings and chapter 11 reorganizations throughout the U.S., as well as asset-based lenders, bondholders, committees, hedge funds and institutional lenders in complex insolvency situations. He also has advised clients with regard to how to structure complex transactions with financially distressed companies, and represented buyers and sellers of distressed assets in public and private auctions and § 363 sales. Mr.Goldberg is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and California Super Lawyers. He received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Harvard Law School.
