David I. Gold
David I. Gold is a senior vice president and associate general counsel at Bank of America in Washington, D.C., where he represents the bank on bankruptcy, workout and operational matters throughout the bank’s various lines of business. Prior to joining Bank of America, he served as a trial attorney with the U.S. Trustee Program’s Office of the General Counsel and Region 4, in private practice, and as a judicial law clerk for Hon. Stephen S. Mitchell (ret.) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Gold received his B.A. in history in 1994 from the University of California, Riverside and his J.D. cum laude from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2000.
