M. Douglas Flahaut

M. Douglas Flahaut is Of Counsel with Arent Fox LLP in Los Angeles and has been a member of the Arent Fox’s West Coast bankruptcy practice since 2009. He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and focuses his practice on business reorganizations, trustee representation and bankruptcy litigation. He currently serves as president of the James T. King Bankruptcy Inn of Court and is a long-time ABI member.
