Tinamarie Feil, Esq.

Tinamarie Feil is co-founder and president of Client Services of BMC Group, Inc. in New York and has 30 years of experience in directing various aspects of corporate compliance, communications and insolvency case administration, as well as the due diligence process in major merger &amp; acquisition transactions. She served on ABI’s Board of Directors and is Committee Leader of IWIRC’s delegation to the United Nations Committee on International Trade Law (Working Group V, Insolvency). Ms. Feil is a frequent author and speaker. Articles she has authored include “Planning a Smooth Chapter 11 Distribu-<br>tion Process,” “Quick, or Not So Quick, Sales Under Chapter 11,” “What About the Cloud” and “Concerns Surrounding the Transmission of Personally Identifiable Information,” and co-authored “Claims Trading Promotes Ownership Concentration.” Ms. Feil is an active member of Turnaround Management Association, ABI, the Association for Corporate Growth and INSOL International. In addition, Ms. Feil is committed to community service, mentoring, and physical and mental well-being. She received her<br>B.A. in communications from the University of Washington in 1984.
