Frank W. DiCastri

Frank W. DiCastri is a shareholder in the Milwaukee office of Whyte Hirschboeck Dudek S.C., where he leads the firm's Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights & Bankruptcy Team. His practice is con- centrated in the areas of creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation, and he has represented debtors, financial institutions, creditors' committees, trustees, secured creditors and unsecured credi- tors in reorganization cases, liquidations, workouts, chapter 128 receiverships, and other insolvency proceedings. He has also focused on litigation and trial work in matters involving sophisticated com- mercial transactions. Mr. DiCastri regularly presents on bankruptcy and insolvency issues. Prior to join- ing WHD, he was a partner at an AmLaw 100 firm, and prior to that served as law clerk to Hon. Jon P. Wilcox of the Supreme Court of Wisconsin. He has been named to the Wisconsin Super Lawyers list and as a "Rising Star" on multiple occasions. Mr. DiCastri is admitted to practice in courts in Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. He received his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Wisconsin.
