Grant L. Cartwright is a shareholder with May, Potenza, Baran & Gillespie, P.C. in Phoenix and isa licensed attorney in Arizona, Delaware, New York and New Jersey. He represents debtors, creditors, landlords and financial institutions in complex chapter 11 reorganizations in various bankruptcy courts around the country. He also practices business litigation, representing companies, individuals and financial institutions in a variety of industries and fields. Mr. Cartwright has presented on various legal topics before professional associations and has authored many publications regarding bankruptcy. He isa past co-chair of ABI’s Unsecured Trade Creditors Committee and a barrister member of the AmericanBankruptcy Inn of Court. Mr. Cartwright received his B.S. in 2001 from the University of California,Riverside, his J.D. in 2007 from Brooklyn Law School and his LL.M. in 2010 from St. John’s UniversitySchool of Law.
