Ryan M. Borden is an attorney with Ford, McDonald, McPartlin & Borden, P.A. in Portsmouth,N.H., where he focuses on representing trustees, creditors and debtors in chapter 7, 13 and 11 cases.His practice also involves representing clients in all aspects of corporate law, landlord/tenant law, collections and commercial litigation. Mr. Borden’s foreclosure practice has concentrated on their presentation of creditors within the state of New Hampshire. Before practicing law, he spent al-most a decade in the construction industry, managing every facet of construction projects. Mr. Borden is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, ABI, the American Inns of Court - CharlesC. Doe Chapter and the Rockingham County Bar Association. He received his B.A. in justice in2008 from American University and his J.D. in 2013 from the University of New Hampshire LawSchool.
