He represents debtors, secured lenders, bondholder groups, unsecured creditors’ committees, court-appointed settlement monitors or trustees, special committees, boards and independent directors, and buyers and significant creditors in chapter 11 proceedings, both in and out of court. Mr. Beach is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and New Jersey, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Delaware and New Jersey and the Southern District of New York, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
