Carl D. Aframe

Carl D. Aframe is a sole practitioner with Aframe & Barnhill, P.A. in Worcester, Mass., where his practice consists of protecting both creditors' and debtors' rights, and representing parties in for- mal and informal insolvency arrangements, collection actions and out-of-court workouts. He also formed and has co-chaired the Worcester County Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section off and on for the last 25 years. Mr. Aframe is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. He has participated in appeals to the U.S. District Court the Bankruptcy Ap- pellate Panel and the First Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Massachusetts appellate courts, and he has litigated matters in the U.S. District Court and Superior Courts of the Massachusetts state courts for 38 years. Mr. Aframe received his undergraduate degree from th University of Massachusetts-Amherst in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1977.
