Wendell J. Sherk

Wendell J. Sherk is the principal of Sherk & Swope, LLC in St. Louis, practicing primarily in con- sumer bankruptcy and debtor representation. He is the Missouri co-chair for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and a member of ABI and the Missouri Bar Association, and he contributes to the bankruptcylawnetwork.com blog. Mr. Sherk received the 2014 Michael Roser Excel-         lence in Bankruptcy Award and the 2005 Judge Robert Brauer Innovations in Bankruptcy Law Award. He graduated from Washington University in 1986 and Washington University School of Law in 1989.
