Vanessa Peck Moody

Vanessa Peck Moody is an attorney in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Leasing groups of Goulston & Storrs PC in Boston, where she represents debtors, creditors' committees, tenants and landlords, trust-         ees, lenders and other creditors in connection with commercial bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings and nonbankruptcy insolvency proceedings, as well as out-of-court workouts. Ms. Moody's commercial leasing work centers around retail and restaurant leases, and she represents the firm's landlord clients in the bankruptcy cases of their respective tenants. Her practice has also involved the representation of lenders in leveraged buyouts, secured financings and other debt transactions. Previously, Ms. Moody clerked for Hon. Henry J. Boroff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has been an ABI member since 2008. Ms. Moody receieved her bachelor's degree in molecular, cellular and developmental biology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and her J.D from Northeastern University School of Law.
