Tarek Ghalayini

Tarek Ghalayini is a director at AlixPartners, LLP in New York and has over a decade of experience assisting legal teams around the world to manage complex issues involving computer forensics, elec- tronic discovery and data analytics. He helps clients manage complex data flows, technology-assisted review protocols and efficient document-review methodologies, and his practice focuses on large cross- border matters with complex technology and data privacy issues. More recently, Mr. Ghalayini has man- aged multiple matters involving technology-assisted review and predictive coding, and implemented cost-efficient and defensible document-review protocols associated with these methods. His experience encompasses managing complex, high-profile matters with services including forensic analysis, data analytics and cross-border review, and spans a wide spectrum of industries from energy and health care to financial services and pharmaceuticals. A frequent speaker, Mr. Ghalayini received his M.S. in finance and B.S. in accounting from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
