Tracy L. Klestadt is a partner with Klestadt Winters Jureller Southard & Stevens, LLP in New York and has been practicing in the fields of bankruptcy, workouts, corporate reorganizations and commercial law for 29 years. He has been involved in many prominent national and local cases representing insti- tutional, corporate and individual clients involving a wide variety of industries. Mr. Klestadt has repre- sented parties on virtually all sides of a bankruptcy case, including debtor, secured creditor, unsecured trade creditor, creditors' committees, landlords and equipment lessors. Prior to founding his own firm in February 1995, Mr. Klestadt practiced with the bankruptcy group of LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & Mac- Rae, L.L.P. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the panel of mediators certified by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Klestadt received his B.A. in economics in 1983 from Columbia University and his J.D in 1986 from the University of Chicago Law School.
