Sharon M. Zieg

Sharon M. Zieg is a partner at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor in Wilmington, Del., where she con- centrates her practice on litigating a variety of matters that arise in the context of bankruptcy proceed- ings. Through her involvement in a multitude of chapter 11 cases, including In re Specialty Products Holding Corp., In re American Home Mortgage, In re Federal-Mogul Corp. and In re Protein Sciences Corporation, she has gained extensive experience in the development and implementation of procedures for addressing the issues that arise with complex discovery and electronically stored information. She also has a specialized knowledge of mass tort insolvencies and routinely advises future claimants' rep- resentatives appointed in asbestos-related chapter 11 cases and ¤ 524(g) trusts. Ms. Zieg is a member of the Delaware and North Carolina Bar Associations. She received her B.S. from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law.
