Barbara P. Foley

Barbara P. Foley is the standing chapter 13 trustee for the Western District of Michigan in Kalamazoo, appointed in May 2010. Prior to that, she was a staff attorney to chapter 13 trustee Carl Bekofske inFlint, Mich. In the Western District of Michigan, Ms. Foley is a member of the Bankruptcy Section for the Federal Bar. She also served on local bankruptcy rules consumer subcommittee and is a past chair-person for the annual seminar. Ms. Foley is a member of the Michigan Bar Association. She received herJ.D. in 1980 graduate from Seattle University School of Law, where she was a member of its law review.
