David Findling

David Findling is a partner with The Findling Law Firm, PLC in Royal Oak, Mich., and has more than 21 years of experience serving as a receiver and addressing debtor/creditor issues. He focuses on receiverships, insolvency issues, bankruptcy, business operations and enforcement of creditor claims. Mr. Findling has experience in the enforcement of court orders, administration of assets, sale of real and personal property and litigation of fraudulent conveyances. He also specializes in partition commissioner, support enforcement and assignments for the benefit of creditors. Mr. Findling received his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Michigan in 1985 and his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 1988.
