Ms. Robbin L. Itkin

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Robbin L. Itkin</strong> is the founder of Robbin Itkin Corporate Governance Solutions in Los Angeles and serves as an independent director on several company boards. She has cultivated a distinguished legal career spanning over 35 years representing debtors, creditors, official creditors’ committees, equity, C-suite, boards, buyers and investors in complex restructuring and bankruptcy matters both in and out of court. Ms. Itkin’s experience encompasses a diverse range of industries, including real estate, entertainment, sports, retail, transportation, hospitality, health care, leisure and lifestyle, retail and manufacturing. She also has represented victims of Ponzi schemes and is proficient in asset sales, having composed and conducted auction sales of distressed companies. Ms. Itkin has served as a court-appointed fiduciary for numerous companies in chapter 11 bankruptcy and is a seasoned mediator in all industries, both privately and in <em>pro bono</em> capacities in the U.S. Central District Bankruptcy and District Courts and Los Angeles Superior Court. She has been ranked in <em>Chambers USA</em> and received the “Bankruptcy Lawyer of the Year Award,” “Top 50 Women Southern California Attorney Award,” “Transaction of the Year Award” and the “Legal Visionary” award. Ms. Itkin is a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy and co-chair its International Committee. She has worked closely with company management, C-suite, boards, financial advisers, special counsel and other professionals to create, and implement where appropriate, effective strategies for financially distressed companies. Her experience includes developing and navigating ownership sales while addressing management challenges, operational complexities and internal disputes. Ms. Itkin received her B.A. in 1981 from the University of California, Los Angeles and her J.D. in 1984 from the University of Southern California.</p>
