Brian DeBauche

Brian DeBauche is a sole practitioner with the Law Firm of Brian DeBauche, LLC in Denver, which he founded in October 1997. He is registered to practice before most state trial and appellate courts, as well as the Board of Immigration Appeals, the Executive Officer for Immigration Review, the Colorado U.S.District Court and the Tenth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. DeBauche received his undergraduate degree in philosophy from the University of Minnesota, where he co-authored a paper on cognitive psychology presented at a meeting of academics, and his J.D. from the University of Denver Law School in1997, where in his first year won he a place on a competitive team arguing appeals before other lawyers.
