Jeffrey C. Dan

Jeffrey C. Dan is an attorney with Crane, Heyman, Simon, Welch & Clar in Chicago, which he joined in September 2002, and has been actively involved in all aspects of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, as well as state court litigation that arises in insolvency matters. He concentrates his practice on small to mid-size corporations and individuals as debtors in chapter 11 cases. He is also active in the representa- tion of trustees in chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases, as well as chapter 7 debtors. Mr. Dan has practiced as a trial attorney in a number of areas of the law, including personal injury, domestic relations, real estate, criminal law and commercial litigation. He received his J.D. from DePaul University School of Law.
