Philip H. Cohen
Philip H. Cohen is a shareholder in the Litigation Practice of Greenberg Traurig, LLP in its New York office and co-chairs its National eDiscovery and eRetention Practice Group. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, eDiscovery, regulatory investigations, court-appointed receiverships, guardian- ships and antitrust. Mr. Cohen is an arbitrator listed on the American Arbitration Association panel of neutrals, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Electronic Discovery and the Social Media Committee of its Commercial and Federal Litigation Section. He has served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University School of Law – Newark, and frequently writes and lectures on new developments in the law of electronic discovery, and he co-authored two chapters in eDiscovery for Corporate Counsel, published by Thomson Reuters. Mr. Cohen is listed in Super Lawyers and New York Metro Super Lawyers, and received the Corporate Leadership Award from the Women's Housing and Economic Development Corporation and the New York City Family Court Volunteer's Pro Bono Service Award. Mr. Cohen earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Tufts University and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Newark.
