Robin E. Keller

Robin E. Keller is a partner with Hogan Lovells US LLP and head of its U.S. Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice. She focuses on all aspects of business restructuring, including chapter 11 reor- ganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Ms. Keller has led the representations of debtors in chapter 11 and 15 reorganizations, from complex business restructurings to single-asset prepackaged filings, asset sales and liquidations. Her clients have included Planet Hollywood, the Columbia Gas Systems, Anchor Glass, the chapter 11 trustee for Epic Resorts, the English Administrators of Rock Joint Ven- tures and the Bermuda Liquidators for Inverness Distribution Ltd, f/k/a Morgan Creek International Ltd. Additionally, Ms. Keller has represented individual creditors and junior and senior lender groups in the chapter 11 cases of Enron, Lehman, Global Power Energy Corp. and USI, and regularly represents cor- porate trustees for bondholders in contentious proceedings such as Calpine Corp. (obtained $750 mil- lion judgment against debtor), Vitro SAB (obtained $1.0 billion judgment against corporate guarantors), Endeavor Operating Corp., Petroplus and others. Ms. Keller received her B.A. in 1975 from Harvard University and her J.D. in 1978 from Boston University School of Law.
