William E. Wallo

William E. Wallo is is a shareholder in the firm of Weld Riley, S.C., in Eau Claire, Wis., where his practice areas include business transactions, debtor/creditor rights, insolvency, bankruptcy and other commercial litigation. He previously served as the career law clerk to Hon. Thomas S. Utschig, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for Western Wisconsin. The author of several articles that have appeared in such pub- lications as the Oklahoma Law Review, the Oklahoma Bar Journal, the Norton Bankruptcy Law Adviser and the UCC Bulletin, Mr. Wallo is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy, foreclosure and collection issues and currently serves on the board of directors of the Wisconsin State Bar's Bankruptcy, Insolvency, and Creditors' Rights Section. He received his J.D. with highest honors in 1992 from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he was named a member of the Order of the Coif and selected as the "Outstanding Third Year Author" by the Oklahoma Law Review.
