Timothy J. Miller

Timothy J. Miller is a partner and shareholder with the law firm of Schneider Miller, P.C. in Detroit and has represented trustees, debtors, creditors and committees for 31 years. He is principally involved with chapter 7 proceedings and was appointed to the panel of chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees for the Eastern District of Michigan, Southern Division on July 1, 2005. Mr. Miller is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association, the Consumer Bankruptcy Association, the National Associa- tion of Bankruptcy Trustees and the Michigan Bar Association. He received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School in 1984.
