Thomas Patrick Tinker

Thomas Patrick Tinker is an Assistant U.S. Trustee supervising the Wilmington, Del., office of the U.S. Trustee Program. He has been an attorney with the USTP for 27 years, prior to which he was in private practice. Mr. Tinker received his B.A. and M.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978 and 1980, respectively, his J.D. in 1987 from the University of Illinois College of Law and his LL.M. in 1990 from Harvard Law School.
