Thomas H. Fell

Thomas H. Fell is a director with Fennemore Craig, P.C. in Las Vegas, where he focuses his practice on business restructuring and bankruptcy, creditors' rights, commercial litigation and landlord/tenant law. He is involved in all aspects of the firm's complex insolvency practice, including representation of several major hotel and casino companies. His representation of debtors and creditors in non-gaming companies ranges from large multijurisdictional companies to single-asset real estate developments, including retail power centers and office complexes. A former professional photographer, Mr. Fell has         been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights, Insolvency and Reorganization Law from 2013-16 and for Bet-the-Company Litigation - Bankruptcy from 2014-15, and in Mountain States Super Lawyers from 2007-16, and he was named Clark County Pro Bono Attorney of the Year in 2006. He received his B.A. from Drake University and his J.D. with honors from Drake University Law School.
