Thomas H. Allen

Thomas H. Allen is co-founder of Allen Barnes & Jones, PLC in Phoenix, where he focuses on busi- ness and consumer debtor bankruptcy, trustee rights, corporate reorganization, creditors' rights and commercial litigation. He is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and is a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the Arizona Board of Legal Special- ization. Mr. Allen is a Super Lawyers honoree and for seven years has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America. He is a member of the American Bar Association's Bankruptcy Section, ABI, the Na-         tional Association of Bankruptcy Trustees' President's Circle, the State Bar of Arizona's Bankruptcy Section, the Oregon State Bar and the Maricopa County Bar Association. A frequent presenter, he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and in Arizona and Oregon. Mr. Allen received his B.A. in 1983 from the University of Arizona and his J.D. in 1986 from North- western University School of Law, where he was a member of the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
