Thomas G. McNeill

Thomas G. McNeill is a member of Dickinson Wright PLLC in Detroit, where he focuses his practice on accountant and actuarial liability litigation, class actions, commercial and business litigation, gam- ing industry and health care litigation, mergers and acquisitions, middle-market business break-ups and owner disputes, and securities and investment litigation. He is a past president of hte Federal Bar Associ- ation's Eastern District of Michigan Chapter (2012-13) and currently vice chair of its Federal Litigation Section, is a Fellow of the State Bar of Michigan Foundation, and has been Inn of Court president of the Detroit Metropolitan Bar Association since 2013. He is also a member of the Appellate Defender Com- mission, nominated by the Michigan Supreme Court and appointed by Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder. Mr. McNeill received his B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1981 from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. in 1984 from the University of Virginia, where he received the Trial Advocacy Award.
