T. Kent Barber

T. Kent Barber is the managing member of Barber Law PLLC in Lexington, Ky., where his bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation practice includes the representation of debtors in all chapters of bankruptcy, as well as trustees, creditors and creditor committees. He also represents clients in commercial real estate matters. Mr. Barber previously served as the president of the Bankruptcy Section of the Fayette County Bar Association. He has been named a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers in<br>2014 and 2015. Mr. Barber received his undergraduate degree from Morehead State University and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky School of Law.
