Steven M. Wallace

Steven M. Wallace is a partner with HeplerBroom LLC in Edwardsville, Ill., where his practice is concentrated in the areas of creditors' and debtors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. He has represented debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees and trustees in a variety of complex bankruptcy matters. Mr. Wallace is licensed to practice law in both Missouri and Illinois, and he is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern and Central Districts of Illinois, as well as in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. He is a member of ABI, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Missouri Bar. Mr. Wallace was selected for inclusion in Illinois Super Lawyers for Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights, and he has been selected a "Leading Lawyer." He received both his B.A. and J.D. magna cum laude from St. Louis University and his M.B.A. from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville.
