Steven C. Reingold
Steven C. Reingold is a partner with Saul Ewing LLP in Boston and handles a broad array of matters for clients throughout the country, including business bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation, general com- mercial litigation, and management-side employment counseling and litigation. His experience includes participating as lead counsel or co-counsel in complex commercial and bankruptcy-related disputes resolved through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation, as well as advising clients regard- ing risk management and avoidance in connection with bankruptcy, employment and numerous other business-related issues. In his bankruptcy practice, Mr. Reingold represents debtors, official creditors' committees, trustees, creditors, and other interested parties in cases and adversary proceedings involving companies of varying sizes and industries. He also served as an adjunct professor at New England Law in Boston, where he taught a class in legal research and writing, and as a mentor to young adult students in the Year Up program. Mr. Reingold received his B.A. in 1990 from Rutgers College at Rutgers Uni- versity and his J.D. in 1993 from Boston University School of Law.
