Stephen Bough

Hon. Stephen R. Bough is a U.S. District Court Judge for the Western District of Missouri in Kansas City. Prior to his appointment to the bench in 2014, he was actively engaged in civil litigation.Judge Bough received his J.D. in 1997 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Law School.
