Shirley L. Horn

Shirley L. Horn is an attorney with The Law Office of Shirley L. Horn in Royal Oak, Mich., and has practiced almost exclusively in the area of consumer bankruptcy law for 20 years. She opened her law firm in 2003, where her primary focus is chapter 7 and 13 debtor and creditor representation. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1988 and her J.D. from the University of Detroit in 1994.
