Sherry R. Fallon

Hon. Sherry R. Fallon is a Magistrate Judge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware inWilmington, appointed on April 25, 2012 and reappointed on Dec. 23, 2019. Prior to joining the court, she was an attorney with Tybout, Redfearn & Pell. Judge Fallon received her Bachelor’s degree from theUniversity of Pennsylvania in 1983 and her J.D. from the Delaware Law School of Widener University in1986.
