Shane Donovan

Shane Donovan is a partner with Mourant in its British Virgin islands Litigation practice. He is a commercial litigation lawyer with specialist experience in complex international litigation, including fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, and corporate and shareholder disputes. He also is experienced in obtain-ing urgent injunctions, such as worldwide freezing orders and anti-suit injunctions, and Norwich Pharmacal (disclosure) orders. Prior to joining Mourant, he was with Martin Kenney & Co. in the BVI, PCBLitigation in London and Thynne & Macartney in Brisbane. Mr. Donovan is admitted to practice in theBritish Virgin Islands, England, Wales, and Queensland, Australia. He received his B.S. in pharmacology and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Queensland.
