Robert J. Lohr, II

Robert J. Lohr, II is an attorney with Lohr & Associates, Ltd. in West Chester, Pa., where he concen- trates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and commercial litigation. He represents both debtors and creditors in chapters 7 and 13 and provides creditor representation in chapter 11 bankruptcies. He also represents creditors and debtors outside of bankruptcy in commercial and residential loan workouts, fraudulent transfer cases, contract disputes and all types of commercial litigation, and provides represen- tation to both buyers and sellers of businesses in asset and stock sales. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lohr worked for Textron Lycoming as an engineer and participated in its student engineering rotational plan. A frequent lecturer, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering cum laude from Bridgeport Engineer- ing Institute in 1990 and his J.D. in 1994 from Widener University School of Law.
