Robert A. Guy, Jr.

Robert A. Guy, Jr. is a shareholder and founding member of Polsinelli's Nashville, Tenn. office, where he specializes in fixing, buying and selling struggling health care companies. He authored Distress to Success: A Survival Handbook for Struggling Companies and Buyers of Distressed Opportunities (Fre- neticMarket Press 2011) and co-edited ABI's Health Care Insolvency Manual, Third Edition (ABI 2012). Mr. Guy is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers, and received the 2010 "Turnaround of the Year" award. His team has also earned M&A awards for its work by Acquisi- tion International (2014) and CorporateLiveWire (Shortlisting, 2015). Mr. Guy is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.
