Robert A. Guy, Jr. is a shareholder and founding member of Polsinelli's Nashville, Tenn. office, where he specializes in fixing, buying and selling struggling health care companies. He authored Distress to Success: A Survival Handbook for Struggling Companies and Buyers of Distressed Opportunities (Fre- neticMarket Press 2011) and co-edited ABI's Health Care Insolvency Manual, Third Edition (ABI 2012). Mr. Guy is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America and Mid-South Super Lawyers, and received the 2010 "Turnaround of the Year" award. His team has also earned M&A awards for its work by Acquisi- tion International (2014) and CorporateLiveWire (Shortlisting, 2015). Mr. Guy is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification. Mr. Guy received his B.A. from Whittier College in 1991 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1994.
