Robert A. Goering, Sr.
Robert A. Goering, Sr. is Of Counsel with the Law Office of Goering & Goering, LLC in Cincinnati, where focuses on workout strategies for financially challenged businesses. He’s also an adjunct professor of law at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law and has taught bankruptcy courses since 1974. Mr. Goering has broad experience in representing individuals and businesses in private workouts and bankruptcy proceedings. He has been certified by the American Board of Certification in Business and Consumer Bankruptcy since 1992 and received the Award of Merit from the Ohio Legal Center Institute.<br>Mr. Goering is a member of ABI and the Cincinnati, Ohio State, Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati Bar<br>Associations. He is also a past chairman of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Bankruptcy Committee and has served on local panels to create and amend local bankruptcy rules, and he is a founding member of ABI’s Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar. Mr. Goering received his B.A. from Yale University and his LL.B. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
