Robert F. Reilly has been a managing director for 25 years of Willamette Management Associates in Chicago, a business valuation, forensic analysis and financial opinion firm. Previously, he was a valu- ation services partner for accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Reilly specializes in the valuation of businesses, securities and intangible assets for transaction, taxation, accounting, financing and litigation         purposes. He is is a certified public accountant, chartered global management accountant, certified man- agement accountant, chartered financial analyst, enrolled agent and accredited tax advisor. Mr. Reilly is accredited in business valuation and certified in financial forensics. He is a certified business appraiser, certified valuation analyst, certified valuation consultant, certified review appraiser, certified real estate appraiser, accredited senior appraiser and state-certified general appraiser (in several states). Mr. Reilly has served as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee (FVSEC), Consulting Services Executive Committee (CSEC) and Business Valuation Committee (BVC). He is an inductee in AICPA's valuation "Hall of Fame," has chaired AICPA's annual business valuation conference, and has twice received AICPA's "Volunteer of the Year" award. Mr. Reilly has co-authored 12 valuation textbooks, including Guide to Intangible As- set Valuation (AICPA 2014), A Practical Guide to Bankruptcy Valuation (ABI 2013), and the Guide to Property Taxation (2008). He has also published more than 300 articles in various accounting, taxation or valuation journals, and has served as an editor or editorial referee for numerous professional journals. He currently serves on the editorial boards for Valuation Strategies, the ABI Journal, Construction Ac- counting and Taxation and Financial Valuation and Litigation Expert. Mr. Reilly received his B.A. in economics and his M.B.A. in finance from Columbia University.
