Robert C. Goodrich, Jr.

Robert C. Goodrich, Jr. is a partner with Burr & Forman in Nashville, Tenn., where he often repre- sents creditors in reorganizations, restructurings and liquidations, purchasers of assets in bankruptcy, and lenders in the formation of complex financial transactions with a view toward the consequences of insolvency. He speaks and writes on commercial law topics, including cramdown interest rates, credit bidding under ¤363 of the Bankruptcy Code, Ponzi scheme and fraudulent transfer litigation, nondebtor obligations under unassumed executory contracts, and Tennessee foreclosure law. Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification since 1994, Mr. Goodrich received his  B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1978 and his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1983.
