Richard Johnston, Jr.

Richard Johnston, Jr. is the founder of Richard Johnston Law in Fort Myers, Fla., and specializes in bankruptcy, creditor's rights, commercial litigation and commercial landlord/tenant litigation. He is a board-certified business civil trial attorney and a member of the Florida Bar, ABI, the Tallahassee, Lee County and American Bar Associations and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Johnston is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, Western District of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Michigan, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He received his B.S. and B.A. from the University of Florida in 1979 and his J.D. in 1981 from the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
