Rashmi Dubé

Rashmi Dubé is a partner in the Construction & Litigation group of Gunnercooke LLP in London and isa multi-award-winning business leader, litigation lawyer and board advisor on director duties and governance. She has entrepreneurial practice experience, as well as knowledge and experience from startups to developing a business and turnaround to working with the U.K. Cabinet Office on the SME AdvisoryPanel. Ms. Dubé is the Kingdom Policy and Governance spokesperson for ambassadors for the Institute of Director (IOD)s. She has an understanding of the business impact of ESG and the risks involved, whether financial, reputational or cultural. Ms. Dubé is a European board member of the TurnaroundManagement Association (TMA) and chair of Communications for TMA Europe, and she is an author and Business columnist for The Yorkshire Post. She received her LL.B. with honors from the University of Derby and her L.P.C. from Guildford College of Law.
