Rajat Sethi

Rajat Sethi is a partner with S&R Associates in Mumbai, India, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, competition/antitrust, restructuring and insolvency, regulatory, private client practice and general corporate law. He previously was a practitioner with P&A Law Offices in New Delhi and in the Chambers of Mr. Arun Jaitley, senior advocate. Mr. Sethi received his B.A. in1992 with honors in mathematics from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi, his LL.B. from the University of Delhi Faculty of Law in 1995, and his LL.M. in 1996 from Tulane University LawSchool.
