Rachael Bentley

Rachael Bentley is a restructuring partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her cases have included David’s Bridal, LLC; URS Parent Corp.; Nielsen & Bainbridge, LLC; Carestream Health, Inc.; Belk, Inc.; iQor Holdings Inc.; Sheridan Holding Company I, LLC; Seabras 1 USA, LLC; Dura Automotive Systems, LLC; Sheridan Holding Company II, LLC; American Tire Distributors, Inc.; EV Energy Partners, L.P.; iHeartMedia, Inc.; Toys“R”Us, Inc.; 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc.; FloWorks International, LLC; rue21, inc.; and Answers Holdings, Inc. Previously, she served as a research assistant and teaching assistant for an international bankruptcy class at the University of Illinois College of Law. Ms. Bentley received her B.A. in political science and pre-law in 2013 from Michigan State University and her J.D. cum laude, with honors in legal writing and analysis, in 2016 from the University of Illinois College of Law.
