Quentin Cregan

Quentin Cregan is a partner with Maples Group in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, and is a member of its Dispute Resolution &amp; Insolvency team. His practice covers all aspects of financial/commercial disputes (including investment fund disputes and distressed situations), technology disputes (including trade secret, software, licensing and IP), commercial litigation, arbitration and restructuring matters. He also has experience in relation to family offices and advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals on contentious trusts matters. Mr. Cregan joined the Maples Group in 2021and previously was a barrister in both London and Australia. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an accredited mediator with the Bar Council of England and Wales/Society ofMediators, and a member of the Bar Association of Queensland, Chancery Bar Association, Chatham House, Anglo-Australasian Lawyers Society and the Intellectual Property Bar Association.Mr. Cregan received his B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Queensland, his LL.B.with honors and his M.Phil. in law from the University of Queensland, and his M.Sc. in SSI/OII<br>and his D.Phil. in law from the University of Oxford. He also received a diploma of InternationalCommercial Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
