Peter J. Young is a partner in the Business Solutions, Governance, Restructuring & BankruptcyGroup of Proskauer Rose LLP in Los Angeles, where he concentrates his practice on complex corporate workouts, restructurings and bankruptcies. He represents public and private companies, boards of directors, lenders, unsecured creditors, sellers, purchasers and investors in a wide variety of out-of-court and in-court workout, restructuring and reorganization matters. He also represents parties in bankruptcy-related litigation. Mr. Young is the newsletter editor for ABI’s Commercial and Regulatory Law Committee and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
