Pamela Corrie

Pamela Corrie is the managing director of corporate restructuring for Epiq Systems, Inc. in New York, where she manages the overall strategic vision for the business and oversees business development, transactional initiatives, and all aspects of operations for the corporate restructuring group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate restructuring field. Prior to her role at Epiq, she was chief risk counsel for the risk/loss mitigation COE for General Electric Capital Corp., Americas divi- sion, where she managed a team of attorneys providing legal advice on all facets of complex workouts, restructurings, bankruptcies and litigations. Prior to joining GE Capital, Ms. Corrie worked for the law firms of Ivy, Barnam & O'Mara and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLC. Her practice focused on complex restructuring and bankruptcies, in which capacity she represented debtors, large institutional creditors and creditors' committees. Ms. Corrie is a member of the bars of New York, California and Connecticut.         As a member of ABI, the American Bar Association, IWIRC, the Turnaround Management Association, and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution, for which she serves as chair of its CPR Banking and Financial Services Committee, she has served as a frequent speaker on the topics of corporate restructuring, alternative dispute resolution, alternative fee arrangements and effective man- agement of outside counsel. Ms. Corrie received her B.S. from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law.
