Nick Moser

Nick Moser is head of Taylor Wessing LLP's U.K. Restructuring & Corporate Recovery group in Lon- don. He advises distressed-debt investors in cross-border and domestic restructurings and workouts. His experience includes contentious insolvency and fraud claims and he is also regarded as an expert in pensions and insolvency. Mr. Moser received his M.A. in Jurisprudence from Lincoln College, Oxford University in 1992 and his Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the High Court of England & Wales in 1995.
