Naomi Loewith

Naomi Loewith is the director of Strategic Partnerships for Bentham IMF Canada in Toronto and serves as an investment manager and legal counsel, assessing cases for funding, and providing claimants and counsel with analysis and strategic advice at all stages of their cases. Prior to joining Bentham IMF, she was a litigator and conducted trials and appeals before all levels of courts and regulatory bodies. Previously, Ms. Loewith clerked for Justice Morris Fish at the Supreme Court of Canada. She currently co-<br>chairs Ontario’s Harvard Law School Women’s Alliance. Ms. Loewith received her B.A. from Western University, and her J.D. from Harvard Law School.<br>
