Morgan Zurn
Hon. Morgan T. Zurn is Vice Chancellor in the Delaware Court of Chancery in Wilmington, Del.,sworn in on Oct. 4, 2018, after having served as a Master in Chancery since March 2016. Before joining the court, she was first a patent litigator and then a deputy attorney general at the Delaware Department of Justice. Vice Chancellor Zurn served as a judicial law clerk to Hon. Richard G.Andrews of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. She has been admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Vice Chancellor Zurn is a member of the DelawareState Bar Association and the Richard S. Rodney American Inn of Court. She received her B.A.with distinction from the University of Virginia, and her Master’s degree in bioethics and J.D. cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
